This Professional Racing whip is made with fibreglass inner stem, for maximum strength. It features a wrapped rubber handle for extra hold in all weather conditions. The centre of the shaft has a coloured vinyl. The Foam Padded paddle end is approx 7.5"/24cm long. The overall length is 27"/69cm. British Horse Racing Authority Approved.
